Best Exchange is part of the Currency Exchange Corporation, which was established in 1999, by its chairman and CEO Mr Mike Cooke, who had been a well known figure in the Foreign Exchange markets in the City since 1983. Mr Cooke has been widely credited with introducing Commission Free Foreign Exchange to the currency markets in London in the late 1980's; a policy which has been widely adopted over past two decades by Foreign Currency suppliers across the board.
